Poonam: I am passionate about teaching, believing that education is a right of every child and that it is my duty to promote learning to the best of my ability. I have always tried to learn and develop my range of classroom techniques and strategies, learning from formal training, studying, through colleagues from around the world, and from my own creativity. As well as being a highly effective classroom practitioner, I have a wide range of leadership skills and experience, including curriculum development, team management and event organisation.
